    I believe that avoiding processed foods is a first step for you to lose weight. They could taste great, but refined foods have very little nutritional value, making you feed on more to have enough vigor to get through the day. If you are constantly having these foods, moving over to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more power while consuming less. Good blog post.
